Terms and Conditions of EFCO Door Closer Promotion 1. The promotion applies only to the purchase of EFCO Door Closer product in a single transaction on a single invoice between July 1, 2009 to July 31, 2009. 2. The promotion only applies for purchases made at Alspec branches in all states and territories of Australia. 3. The promotion commences at 9:00am EST on Wednesday July 1, 2009 and closes at 5:00pm EST on Friday July 31, 2009 ("Promotion Period"). 4. There is one major prize and one minor prize in total. The major prize consists of one BBQ equipment to the value of $700.00. The brand of the BBQ equipment is to be specified by Alspec. The minor prize consists of a Bunnings Gift voucher to the value of $300. The major prize and minor prize are together referred to as the "Prize". 5. Your entry form must be submitted before 5:00pm EST on July 31, 2009 together with copy of valid Alspec receipt to any Alspec branches in all states and territories of Australia. 6. Employees and immediate family of Alspec Specialties Group Pty Ltd, ASSA ABLOY Australia Pty Ltd, its management and subsidiary companies are ineligible to enter this promotion. 7. The winner of the draw should expect to receive the prize approximately 30 days after the draw. 8. Bunnings Gift card must be redeemed within the prescribed period of time as detailed by Bunnings from participating Bunnings outlets. The promoter's decision on all matters relating to this is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 10. The prize winners will be notified via fax, phone or email. Prize claimers need to register to claim prize giving details of name, address and contact details on a provided registration form.
