The Kununurra Airport was the first project in Western Australia to use the ECO Wall 225 suite. This allowed the Architect to obtain the clean lines to span the height required for the Arrival Terminal. The main window in this area leans outwards from the base to 10 degrees. The frame was then glazed with Viridian Comfortplus Clear. The ECO Wall 225 was also used between the departure lounge and the waiting area, again giving the look of a solid frame in keeping with the facade. With passenger numbers increasing by around 8% per year the new facility was required to meet this demand. Architect: Sandover Pinder Architects ALSPEC Fabricator: Commercial Glass & Aluminium
