From the grand double-height foyer entry to the entertaining rooftop, key window and door framing products for this build were selected from Alspec’s Hunter Evo range. With sharp, unbroken lines, the Hunter Evo framing delivers a flush glazed finish, as well as featuring energy efficiency credentials and resistance to weather extremes. The flexible product was also used to deliver the curved bay windows which feature in each apartment. The layout of apartments on each level has been sensitively configured with the curved living areas fanning outwards, ensuring vistas from each apartment are maximised while living spaces remain private.
To provide access to the apartment balconies, Hawkesbury Multi-fold Doors and Hawkesbury Top Hung Sliding Doors were installed. Multi-fold doors are the best option when the goal is to optimise the available width of an opening, while multi-stacking sliding doors are well-suited to covering more expansive areas. Both feature top-rolling hardware to make movement effortless and include features to ensure enhanced weather performance when closed.
