In the lead up to the holidays, we thought we'd count down our Top 5 destinations around the country, which also happen to be places you can see Alspec products firsthand. We're proud to say Alspec is a National business with Branches in most capital cities, so even if you're heading off the beaten track these holidays, there's still a chance you could spot an Alspec product. It was tough choosing just five, but here they are.

5. Red Earth – Karratha WA

Coming in at number five is the Red Earth art exhibition and function centre in Karratha. The red hills of the Pilbara region inspired the striking external architecture. The centre includes a performing arts theatre/cinema, hall, rooftop terrace, library, outdoor amphitheatre and offices.

2. Taronga Zoo Wildlife Retreat – Sydney NSW

The Taronga Zoo Wildlife Retreat is part of an overnight experience offered by Taronga Zoo, where guests can stay in accommodation surrounded by an exhibit inhabited by native wildlife including platypus, wallabies, koalas, gliders, wombats, bandicoots, cockatoos and corroboree frogs. The complex comprises five accommodation pods, a guest lodge and kitchen and dining facilities. Each pod features Alspec's ProGlide High Performance Sliding Door to help guests feel connected to the wildlife.

1. Elements of Byron – Belongil Beach, NSW

Coming in at number one is Elements of Byron Resort at Belongil Beach, just north of Byron Bay in NSW. This stunning resort comprises 94 villas and three main pavilions shaped to mimic the dunes. The overall resort design comes from the four "elements" of the landscape: rainforest, dunes, eucalypt trees and wetland. No matter where you look at the resort, you will no doubt see a product from Alspec's commercial range.
