As patrons enter the Brook, they are greeted by the majestic presence of a 60-year-old fig tree, artfully framing the entrance. This symbolic gesture pays homage to the hotel’s roots while symbolizing the rebirth of this iconic establishment.

Behind those doors lies a world of leisure and entertainment, meticulously crafted to meet the diverse desires of the community. From the public bar to the sports bar, the beer garden to the bistro with its outdoor dining terrace, and the kids’ play area to the gaming room, every aspect has been carefully considered. The addition of a four-storey hotel with 40 state-of-the-art rooms elevates the Brook Hotel into a complete destination, beckoning visitors from across Brisbane to experience its charms.
