As the global Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to evolve, please be assured Alspec is taking the necessary steps to minimise the risk of exposure. Our priority is reducing the spread of the virus to our team members, our valued customers, and the greater community.

While Alspec is taking precautions to protect our team and customers, we currently remain in full operation with national stock levels in a healthy position and are committed to supporting our team and customers throughout these challenging times. While it is business as usual for now, we have had to make the following changes effective immediately.

National Specification Team Access
Our National Specification Team will cease all face to face interaction for now, but are still available via phone and email for any assistance needed. We are also set up to provide online services via Skype for Project Meetings, Product Reviews and Presentations to name a few.

AluSpace Showrooms
Alspec staff will stop working from all AluSpace showrooms and effective Mon 30 March visits to AluSpace will be by appointment only.

Area Manager Access
For the interim, there will be no face to face interaction with our Area Managers. Our Area Managers are all well equipped with technology to give you updates with orders, deliveries, stock levels and product information.  Please feel free to contact your Area Manager or Branch/Sales Manager if you have any concerns.

Internal Sales Team
Alspec will continue to provide a fully dedicated internal sales team to service all incoming customer orders by email, fax and phone. Our Internal Sales Coordinators can provide stock updates, orders, back orders and any technical information if you cannot get hold of your Area Manager. This team will continue to work standard office hours: 7.30am to 5pm.

We remain committed to supporting all staff and customers throughout these somewhat testing times. We will continue to update you as conditions change.
