Invisi-Maxx is available in 0.8mm mesh (appropriate for most residential applications) and 1.2mm mesh option when a further level of protection is required such as for commercial applications or extreme cyclone locations.

Invisi-Maxx screens utilise a unique combination of superior materials, mesh construction and mesh retention methods to create a screen that dissipates the energy from projectiles and prevents debris from entering buildings.

Under Australian Standards, screens must be independently tested to exceed the performance requirements for cyclone regions C and D to achieve cyclone compliance. While Australian Standards require screens in extreme cyclonic regions (region D) to resist impacts from debris travelling at 35.2 m/sec, Invisi-Maxx screens have been demonstrated under NATA-certified testing to withstand projectiles up to 44m/sec.

Residential debris protection can be achieved using the 0.8mm GR316 stainless steel mesh ensuring the product’s good looks and uncompromised view. For commercial applications or extreme cyclone locations, the mesh is upgraded to 1.2mm.

Maxx screens are the ideal year-round screening product as they can withstand the rigours of exposure to the coastal environment. This resistance has been proven in the Australian Standards testing environment, where the mesh easily passed the Neutral Salt Spray Test. While a mesh must last 240 hours with no signs of corrosion to pass the test, Invisi-Maxx mesh was documented to undergo more than 2000 hours with no corrosion evident.

With its heavy-duty framing, tamper-proof mesh retention system and expertly woven mesh, Invisi-Maxx screens have been tested to exceed the impact resistance requirements of Australian Standards for window and door security.

Under the Knife-Shear Test, which measures mesh strength, a knife blade is drawn along a panel three times, with a new blade for each draw. Invisi-Maxx passes the Knife-shear test in both horizontal and vertical directions, easily outperforming many competing products. Under the Dynamic Impact Test, designed to simulate a kick to a security screen door, Invisi-Maxx again easily passes, due to the strength of the mesh retention system which ensures mesh resists being pulled from the frame.

Alspec’s Lifetime Warranty has been tailored specifically to give you confidence in the Invisi-Gard® 316 stainless steel marine grade mesh. This warranty is a joint effort between both Alspec® and the Invisi-Gard® Licensed Dealer.
This Lifetime Warranty is effective for all installations that have been installed by a licenced Invisi-Gard Dealer. As with any valued purchase, effective maintenance is an essential part to prolonging the life of the product and is essential to maintain the rights as stated within this warranty. The care & maintenance instructions of this warranty must be followed to ensure the product will be eligible for any warranty claims.

Alspec’s Lifetime Warranty covers the 316 stainless steel marine grade mesh; the aluminium framing is covered by a 15-year Warranty. Alspec® ensures the product is free of any defects from the date of delivery to cover any defects in manufacturing & workmanship when the product has been fabricated and installed in accordance with the Invisi-Gard® Fabricator Manual. The Invisi-Gard® Licensed Dealer will then facilitate covering the installation & service components of this service.

Who Is Covered Under This Warranty?
All warranties for Invisi-Gard® by Alspec® are non-transferable and will only cover the original purchaser of the product. The original purchaser must provide proof of purchase and installation to the Licensed Invisi-Gard® Dealer and/or Alspec® to facilitate any claims.
