When constructing a Sydney Icon many elements come into play. For Alspec® the main challenge with this dynamic building were the window and door systems. These needed to comply with demanding yet necessary structural and acoustic requirements while being able to withstand the elements congruent with a 35 storey block.

All Alspec® systems used were double glazed with 244mm IGU’s and reinforced mullions in both the fixed frames and stacking doors. With over 90% of this building sold, clearly everyone is pleased with the end results.
