Sit back and take in the enviable ocean views and natural light-filled interiors of this luxurious seaside home near Sydney.

Whether dipping into the refreshing waters of the infinity pool, whipping up a tasty meal in the outdoor pizza oven, or lying back and relaxing on the balcony, there’s only one outlook from this luxurious home on Sydney’s coast and that’s panoramic ocean views.

Located just 40 minutes’ drive south of the Sydney CBD, this home in Shearwater Landing is part of a master-planned residential precinct at Greenhills Beach. With properties just a short walk across a reserve to the ocean, the land release has proved a highly desirable destination for those looking to build a coastal dream home.

The three-level home has been designed around spacious internal areas enclosed by floor-to-ceiling glass and inviting outdoor areas orientated to capitalise on the ocean views. With the sunny aspect and energy efficiency in mind, Alspec’s McArthur Evo framing and ecoFRAMEplus double glazed framing were used in the construction of the key building facades. While both are centre pocket framing systems, the ecoFRAMEplus has additional energy efficiency credentials which will contribute to the building’s performance under weather extremes, providing a comfortable interior in all seasons. A light filled walkway, designed with glass panels overhead and below, joins the front and rear sections of the home and works to ensure natural light reaches every room.

The window framing was teamed with Alspec ProGlide high performance sliding doors to deliver easy access to the generous outdoor areas. The heavy-duty panels can be configured in multiple combinations and can accommodate single or double glazing as required. ProGlide doors have been designed to cope with the potentially harsh conditions of the Australian climate and are particularly suitable for withstanding the rigours of the coastal environment.
